Data Processing Register

In accordance with Article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the Université de Strasbourg, as data controller, keeps a register of processing activities carried out under its authority.

The purpose of the processing register is to list the processing of personal data carried out by the University of Strasbourg, both in the context of the administrative management of students and staff and in the context of research.

The data will be kept for 2 years from the date of the request. 
At the end of this period, the data may be archived on paper or electronically, in accordance with the rules applicable to public and private archives.
