At the start of the new academic year, the University Life Service is setting up a Back-to-university desk to help students at the University of Strasbourg with all the formalities involved in settling in and to provide them with all the information they need about their student card, accommodation, grants, transport, sports, library, culture, health and international mobility.
Dedicated to international students, this guide will help you from the first stages of enrollment to settling in in Strasbourg. You will find administrative information (admission, enrollment, teaching) as well as more practical information about the University (campus, associations, student life) and the city of Strasbourg (accommodation, transportation).
At the beginning of each semester, the International Relations Office welcomes international students.
The program includes an information meeting, a tour of the campus, lunch at the university restaurant, a discovery rally in the city of Strasbourg and, at the end of the day, an awards ceremony as well as the first Buddy Night.
Le pôle Appui à la réussite étudiante (Pôle ARE) propose aux étudiants et étudiantes de l’Université de Strasbourg des dispositifs d’aide, de soutien et d’accompagnement à l’intégration et à la réussite.

Every first Wednesday of the month, the Euraxess Services Center organizes an Info' Session. During this session, you will receive information on the administrative procedures when arriving in France (visa, healthcare), details about your daily life in France, and insights into different social customs (to bise or not to bise?). This presentation is designed to welcome new researchers throughout the year and provides an opportunity to ask questions about one's specific situation.
