A seal of quality for the reception of international students
Each year, about 20% of the student body is international. The "Bienvenue en France" label has announced that the University of Strasbourg will retain its three-star label - the maximum number of stars awarded - for a period of five years, from March 13, 2024. This renewal, once again with the highest distinction, confirms the quality of the welcome and support that our university offers to its 11,000 international students," said Irini Tsamadou-Jacoberger, Vice President Europe and International Relations at the Université de Strasbourg.
The accreditation committee highlighted the high quality and quantity of the welcome services provided by the university for international students. For Irini Tsamadou-Jacoberger, this success, the culmination of a collective and collaborative effort, confirms our strong commitment to consolidate existing welcome and support arrangements, as well as to develop future innovative and promising initiatives for the personal and academic fulfillment of all our international students.
Since July 8, 2019, the University of Strasbourg has been awarded the three-star "Welcome to France" label.
