Are you in the midst of exam preparations and stress has become a part of your life? To learn how to relax during revision and exams, join us for a free relaxation/stress management evening led by Emmanuelle Guillon, a professional sophrologist from the Student Health Service (SSE). Through workshops, you will have the opportunity to experience guided relaxation while lying down and dynamic relaxation (small exercises to practice during exam periods).

Join us on Wednesday, January 10th, from 5:15 PM to 7:15 PM at the Maison universitaire internationale (11 Presqu'île Malraux - Strasbourg).

Through workshops, come and discover guided relaxation while lying down and dynamic relaxation (small exercises to practice during exams), to start the year on the right foot and without anxiety. We look forward to seeing you for a relaxing evening together! Please wear comfortable clothing.

This workshop is offered by the International Relations Department in collaboration with the Student Health Service. Free workshop, registration is mandatory.
